The Premium Monitoring service comes with cloud storage of up to 400 video clips, complete access control and logging, and technical support, making sure your system is running smoothly. This monitoring service will use the Alarm.com app, which you can use to control the rest of your home, additional cameras and even control multiple accounts.
Stand Alone Service if for customers with ONLY a Smart Doorbell. Existing customers with video monitoring already can purchase the doorbell as one of the available cameras under their service and do not need to add any additional video monitoring.
At the end of 12 months customers can renew the service monthly or annually without any contract terms.
